Misleading song or album titles.

The Edge is not Straight Edge afaik. Has the edge gone dull?

"Ramming Speed" by Deliverance.  

Still in their thrash mode identity, they record a song with the word 'speed' in it and it has the tempo of a doom song.

5.  Keel - "Speed Demon"

Good song but it's mid-paced hard rock.


6.  Warrant - "Cherry Pie"

It's not about a baked pie...


7. Destruction - "Curse The Gods"

Bah - There's only ONE God.

I remember scratching my head after I first heard that song. I was thinking, where’s the “Ramming Speed”? 

I actually thought it was going to be an aggressive thrash song!

There's not a single member in Daniel Amos named Daniel Amos. Same with the Marshall Tucker Band.

The biggest issue to me is all the "Christian" bands in the scene who don't believe in Christ but still receive the complete support of the Christian metal scene.

Judging from stuff ToB said in another thread, this feels directed at Believer.

I wouldn't consider it misleading per se, but I just assumed that Theocracy's song Nailed was referring to Jesus, not Martin Luther's theses and was a bit surprised when I first put it on.

Most of Kid Rock's stuff is far from rock, and for that matter, he's 52 years old, far from being a "kid".

I don't listen to him, but my oldest son does.  I feel like an idiot to learn some 15+ years later that "Eminem" is a play on "M&M" and the rapper's real initials "Marshall Mathers".  I usually consider myself a rather observant dude, but this one flew over my head for years.
