Favorite Extol album?

I’m only listing the full-lengths. 

It’s an easy choice for me: Undeceived was one of the first extreme metal albums I got and it’s a monster.

What say ye’all? (I call that dialect “Southern Elizabethan”).

Burial for me. Haven't listened to Synergy or s/t yet. I like Blueprint quite a lot though, even though it is so stylistically different.

I’d recommend Synergy and the s/t, although they have their own sounds, as well. 

Synergy is proggy tech thrash reminiscent of Believer. It’s high quality, but not as hooky as I like my thrash.

The s/t is probably best described simply as progressive extreme metal. Some good hooks here.

I voted Burial, but it's very close between Burial and Undeceived.

I had to go with Blueprint Dives. Its the most unique album Ive ever heard even from Extol. They all have their place in the pantheon of extreme music though

One of my all-time favorite debut albums. 

Extol are one of the very few extreme metal bands I still listen to.

I picked the S/T because I like the melodic approach and I like the song-writing and vocal effects.  
All of the rest have their moments too, and some favorite Extol songs are on these other albums.

Id say synergy. First album ive heard by them and it has a perfect balance of death metal thrash metal and a hint of black.. And aperture is an amazing song. 

But all 5 ranked in my opinion

The S/T is definitely a good one. 

It's almost like a mixture of the styles they've played in the past.

The title track makes brilliant use of the melodic/aggressive dynamic they're so great at. I love that song!
