I just cant do Saint except for the last 2 and The Calf is still their best. The early stuff is so simplistic an generic to me.

Had that happen with a Zao concert at a local Church. The fill in band proceeded to sing songs with cussing in it and got into it with the 30 or so fans that got angry and asked them to stop. I really am sad I didnt get to to see them on The Blood and Fire tour.

I had that happen with Rez band, twice, though the drives weren't hours.

Happens all the time to me, as well, in northern Canada. Just rips my shorts when that happens... Wink

You've probably had more concert cancellations than we've had actual concerts!

But I'm not bitter...

I'm not sure to be proud or ashamed, but I was into them big-time about 20 years ago. I even made a fool of myself once or twice thinking I was so clever to use their songs in evangelization. This mostly went south... face palm

They've got some really good songs. But the gems are difficult to find b/c there are SO MANY songs to listen to.

So after listening to the Mosh Pit Justice discog: These guys know their thrash, so much is for sure. What bugs me a bit, is that their stuff sounds a bit formulaic, as if they just put together the best parts of Metallica, Overkill, etc. I guess if you fed the classic thrash albums to an AI bot, this is what would come out. Lacks a bit of originality / individuality, if you ask me. That's after one listen, tho, so I might get into them yet.
