Dark beer or ???

Great song!

I prefer dark beer, but that’s not to say I don’t enjoy other brews. For example, Blue Moon with a slice of Orange or a refreshing Leinenkugal summer shandy are nice.

I love beer. I'm having dark Kozel while typing this. 

When beer is from Czhec republick, it is worth. 

For me it's dark beer for special occasions and IPA anytime. Czech lager (Holba, Kozel, Staropramen... etc) will also do anytime.

Probably the best stout I've ever had. It's not as weird as it sounds but does have a distinctive taste. Not as high ABV as you would imagine (4.8%)

I never acquired the taste for dark hopped up beers, for decades all I drank was Bud Light! Since the Dylan Mulvaney fiasco I switched to Blue Moon. I did go through that phase of all alchohol is sinful during my Evangelical daze, but I eventually realized how silly that was.

I don’t believe alcohol is inherently sinful (in extreme moderation), but I personally don’t like the idea of ingesting substances that have the potential to alter my state of mind at all. So no alcohol for me

I think Blue Moon is owned by the same company as Bud.

They, like all companies, are likely all in bed with each other!

I like dark beer. I like cold beer on a hot day after working in the yard. But just one. Maybe two.

When I was a drinker, an Irish guy invited me and a friend to a pub that he tended. He gave us Harps and a Guinness. I took maybe one sip of the Guinness and was like, "nope!" Maybe a second sip to see if it was just the first that was bad. It reminded me of someone soaking a handful of pennies in beer. I did like the Harps tho. Felt it was smoother than most of the cheap beer I was used to drinking. The only problem was, I didn't realize it had a higher alcohol content in it, and was trashed after three beers.

Guinness...so over rated, over priced and under whelming

It has an interesting history and I hear it's better at the source but the mass produced stuff is weak.

There's a book called The Search For God And Guinness which is a fun read.  It goes through the brewery's history and how Christianity has been a central part through the years.  As for the beer itself, I find it completely inoffensive and would happily drink it if handed to me, though I never seek it out.

Pretty sure that the founder of Guinness beer is related to Christian apologist Oz Guinness...
