Favorite/Least Favorite - Stratovarius Edition

Where Helloween is more upbeat/quirky and lyrically more positive, Stratovarius are more melancholy/neoclassical/reflective in their approach. They are the two front-runners of old-school melodic Euro-Power in my opinion.

Favorite Strato:
Infinite / Fourth Dimension (tie)



Least:
not sure, maybe the self-titled from 2005?

Fourth Dimension is very close to a 5/5 album. One of my all time top 10 metal albums.
I could do without the instrumental and 030366, but the rest of the songs are all classics to me.

The worst is probably self-titled.

The only ones I’ve heard are Episode and Survive. I like both, but I like Episode a bit more.

Not huge into these guys but I do like Dreamspace, Visions and Fourth Dimension. Then I heard Elements Pt. 1 and haven't paid attention to them since.

Favorite:  Dreamspace

Least Favorite:  Not sure, some are boring but I don't remember which ones

My favourite is Destiny, with Infinite as a close second. I'm not really that much into these guys though. I like Visions but other than that I only own Polaris and Elysium, which I'm planning on selling.

Only album I've heard in full is Survive, so I guess that one lol. Though my favorite Stratovarius song is Eagleheart.
