Dale Thompson - One of the best in the World at his peak.

Rob Rock - A close second, also one of the best in the World.

Matt Smith - We have a theme here. One of the most talented people in the World

Below the line we have an unranked list of the others who are outstanding vocalists.

Ken Tamplin - another multiple talent wizard.

Jason Wisdom - BTA make utterly beautiful music and his vocals are a huge part of that.

Michael Sweet - Yeah, not much to add. Legend.

Jimmy P. Brown - Another absurdly gifted multi-talent.

Guy Ritter - Instant love upon first moment of hearing Stop the Bleeding. Then he goes on to show us what's up in the next two.

Wendy Kaiser - Attention!!

Kyle Busauri - Short but sweet addition to the scene.

Dale Thompson - one of the best screamers ever - Christian or secular (esp. Bride's 1988-1992 output).

Guy Ritter  - for his diverse range of styles and octaves.

Ole Borud - underrated melodic genius

honorable mentions to Rey Parra and Jimmy Brown!

I don't know if I'm well versed enough to make definitive choices, but here goes:

- Ken Tamplin - I'd love to buy his vocal course; a friend of mine did and had great results

- Rob Rock - I haven't listened to enough of his music, but it's great AND I read about him all the time

- Kevin Ayers (Haven)

- Michael Sweet

Man, that's like picking which bite of my New York tip steak I like the best... lol
I like all of the choices put forth so far but may have to add:
Glenn Kaiser - LOVE his raspy, bluesiness
Stayce Roberts - don't know why he didn't always sing for The Brave
Larry Worley - Loved his 90's hair metal raspy vocals
German Pascual - Amazing vocals
Plus all the above mentioned...^^^^^^

This isn’t even that hard for me. It’s Ray Perra. All the other guys mentioned here are excellent vocalists as well but for my money, no one beats Ray.

In terms of just best simgers, I think Glenn Kaiser, Dale Thompson, Les Carlson, Michael Sweet, and Christian Liljegren would be top five. Favorite though? Matt Smith and Eric Clayton because I love their music.

With a heavy heart, I have to go with Dale Thompson. He is the most versatile, no one can beat him in so many different styles.

I meant heavy heart because that are plenty of them out there. Sweet, volz, Schlitz, carlsen, parra, rock, tamplin, they are all apoio good.

My 'favourite' would probably be Les Carlsen, but I stand with my choices of Ken Tamplin, Rob Rock, Kevin Ayers and Michael Sweet as being the 'best'. 

And then there are others who have mentioned singers I've never heard of, so I can't compare them with my choices!

I’d say Michael Sweet is “the best” Christian metal singer. His range is phenomenal! He isn’t my favorite though…

I’ve never really liked Christian L.‘s voice. That’s not a reflection on his undeniable skill as a singer, but just my preference. I’m weird like that.
