Diagnosed with cancer in the kidney, they say it's caught early and they should be able to get it all so that's good. It's stressful just hearing cancer and then the medical bills that come with it. Prayers appreciated.

Oh shoot.  I'm praying for you guys.  I'm glad to hear it was caught soon but I can't imagine the stress.  Please keep us posted and any specifics we can pray for!

I'm just seeing this. Less than 2 years ago I was diagnosed with colon cancer, had surgery and 12 rounds of chemo. Today I'm basically as healthy as ever and just get closely monitored. I know it's scary, I'm glad it was me rather than my wife, and of course it's a terrifying word. But there very much can be life on the other side.

So, yesterday she passed out and had a seizure so we ended up in the ER. They didn't find anything specific so they sent her back home. This sucks.

Update: she seems to have turned a corner, so that's a relief. We found out the tumor was like three times bigger than thought and they took a lot more of the kidney then expected. Also, this is a huge hit financially so if you'd pray for that also. Thanks.

She went to her follow up and it looks good. No chemo or radiation needed. Thanks for praying.
