I love the guitar tone and the riff - listening to it in a loop for a while now

From this sound bite alone it is not hard to see where TQT get their overall original voice and sound from.  Actually, some of those vocals sound very beilver-esque towards the end, dontcha reckon.

It’s the first time I heard Darfur since it was on MySpace and recorded under the “2050” moniker. 

Excellent song! I’m glad it’s included. Gary has a great thrash voice.

Gary definitely has a similar shouting voice as Kurt Bachman from Believer!

Come to think of it… Gary Lenaire and Kurt Bachman should do a thrash album together. Combine early Tourniquet with Extraction From Mortality era Believer. The riffs would be insane!

Wow! Just finding out about this. Trying to temper my expectations.

Listening to the song again and Devastation kept coming to mind vocally. Will be interesting to see how the album turns out, might sound more TQT then the last couple TQT albums.

I don’t mind having “two” Tourniquets. More music! 

I like Ted’s current doom laden stuff… but I love the Lenaire/Ritter team! I hope we get some classic fast & heavy tunes in the vein of the first three albums, with some Echo Hollow melodic rock mixed in. The best of both worlds.

I wonder if there will be Flood shirts after the album is released?

Hopefully they will offer a CD and shirt combo deal.

So has Gary become a Christian again then?   The song titles are VERY straight forward Christian and last I knew Gary was atheist.
