Nugenix/Modern Man

Anyone here use these supplements, if so, good results?

Really, no one? Look folks, I'm not looking for "male enhancement" here, but a boost in energy would be nice, especially in my line of work...

Not surprised at all nobody has anything to say on this one. Most recent post in the “gym realm” area was over a year ago.....

I don't use either of the ones you mentioned, but pretty much every afternoon around 3pm I take one of those Zipfizz B12 energy drinks.  It is mostly just vitamins with a huge does of B12.  It helps get me through the rest of my work day and commute home.

Is that at all like those 5 hour energy drinks? Cause I hate those!

I've never had a 5 hour energy drink but I don't think it's the same thing.  For one, the Zipfizz isn't supposed to have any added caffeine (just what is supposed to occur in green tea extract naturally, something like 100 mg).  It comes in a powder form (single tube) that you mix with 16oz of water (kind of like koolaide only not nearly as sweet).
