Expectations for 2017

Well, for me 2016 was one of the most disappointing years ever. I did not purchase much brand new music.

But now, there is a brand new year ahead, and I am sure it will be a better year, as we already have promises of:

- Deliverance new album;
- Tourniquet new album;
- Worldview new album;
- Sacred Warrior new album;
- Saint new album.

I am also looking forward for the Narnia concert, which tickets I have already purchased.

So, what are your expectations for this year? Is there any other new releases you are excited about?

Thiago, I am pumped up about the new release of my band, THE WORLD WILL BURN.  Our singer is Dale Thompson, former singer for the band BRIDE.  Having Dale as a singer we will remind you of BRIDE, but we have a really different take on heavy music.  Our new album is almost finished and we really think folks will love it...or at least we can shake some things up.

I'm looking forward to all five albums you listed Thiago.

I'd like to see a new Extol album out this year but I'm not sure their current status.  Other than that only looking forward to Tourniquet and Deliverance new albums.

Worldview and Sacred Warrior might be interesting. But I doubt I will check those out since I don't own a single album of those two.

Since it's the beginning of the year, it's very hard to say for certain whether an album/EP is coming out this year. However, I'm expecting
Aldaria - Land of Light (March 24th)
Signum Regis - Decennium Primum (EP)

I'm more or less expecting Leah and Within Silence to release a new album this year.

And some bands that have a new album in the works but in some cases, for years already:
Essence of Sorrow; Mehida; Northern Flame; Sacrecy

Good to see you back.  Stoked to hear of a new TWWB coming this year!

Many thanks, messiaen77.  We are really excited about this one.  It's tough being a new band but word continues to spread.  I am grateful for this board.
