Error in digital track I Am - Theocracy?

I forget where I bought As the World Bleeds (probably Amazon)... but in I Am there's (I think) an audio glitch in my copy. At 6:32 it sounds like somebody saying "what?" in the background. It's on the Ulterium Records youtube video too... Anybody else have this? Is it just the digital tracks or is it on CD too? Could it be there intentionally?

It's on the CD too.

It was discussed at length at the Theocracy forums. http://www.ultimatemetal.com/forum/threads/glitch-in-i-am.735792/ much to the annoyance of Matt. He broke down the tracks and there was nothing. It ended up being a weird combining of certain sounds to create the "what" sound.

Thanks deathisgain.  I always hear it and wondered about it too.

Yeah the sound obscures the line that seems a bit rushed anyway when reading the lyrics book.
You know you're obsessed with a song when you catch stuff like this 
There's also some sort of wooshing sound after "scorching drought" at about 2:19.

I hear a similar thing in Petra - Underneath the Blood at the 2:22 mark.  As a teen I thought it was my dad calling my name from another room.

The real question is why does it say 'I love satan' when you play it backwards on the LP version?
