Please pray for my injury

Hi all


I injured my knee a week ago running and it's painful to walk on for more than a few mins/at any speed. Please pray for me, I walk and run a lot not only for sport but to travel.

Went to the physiotoday and they said it's Patellar Tendonitis, (where the tendon which links the kneecap to bone has a couple of micro tears). Not too bad but lots of rest, alongside lots of stretches and strengthing exercises to do; It wil probs be a couple of weeks before I notice significant difference.

Please pray for my physical injury but also mentally. I love the outdoors and I said above I like to walk etc a lot so I find myself getting frustrated and a bit snappy. Also i've been cooped up indoors for most the week and found myself not doing much but watch TV and snack ha ha so prayer for that as well would be amazing
