Retroactive Records

Has Retroactive Records gone bust?  Can't seem to access their website?

Here i can access to their website, it was probably a crash server

The link that comes up first on searches with Google is invalid. (http://retroactiverecords.net/store/bombworks.html)

 http://retroactiverecords.net/ works though

Also, they sell under the moniker Boone's Overstock on Amazon

Their website has never worked wonderfully for me.  I've had better luck ordering through eBay or Amazon.

Retroactive Records is not over!  We are currently hoping to release the following before the end of 2015:

BLOODGOOD - ROCK IN A HARD PLACE (Legends Remastered)
BLOODGOOD - OUT OF THE DARKNESS (Legends Remastered)
LIBERTY 'N JUSTICE - THE VOW
GIDEON'S ARMY - ROCK & ROLL FOR YOUR SOUL
GIDEON'S ARMY - GRACE
WHITECROSS - NINETEEN EIGHTY SEVEN (the re-recorded version with a new 2015 bonus guitar solo)

And next year we will be reissuing 5 classic albums on vinyl!

Bombworks Records will be reissuing all the CRIMSON THORN albums, including one on vinyl!

^ this is great news, I'm glad I didn't buy that Whitecross yet...

this will be a great chance for people to get a hold of Crimson Thorn too... what a classic death metal band. I've already got Unearthed For Dissection.

Nice! I am much too interested in the bloodgood rereleases and in the Gideon's Army rereleases!

That's great news and vinyls as well!  Wonder what albums will be coming out on vinyl?

I want those Gideon's Army releases most of all of that list.

Im not a fan of re-recording albums, seems like a cop out to me, having said that I Love that album but I feel they raped it by keeping on re-recording it why not try to write some new material instead.  just my 2 cents

I have heard a few samples from them in the past and it looked like pretty good stuff. The production annoyed me a bit, but I might renew my interest for a remastered version.

I heard that the Barnabas reissues, are NOT happening, atleast with Retroactive..

I'd like to see the Soldier and Philadelphia stuff get remastered by Cliffy and then released to CD.  While the M8 versions were cool because they made these previously unavailable albums available again, the sound quality and booklets could have been vastly improved.  Perhaps Retroactive will do a sister CD release on a limited run.

Didn't Nancy Jo Mann find another avenue to release those?

It was vented here at CMR a few months ago that Nancy was going to rerelease Barnabas albums independentedly.
