Roxx Records is very excited to announce that we have signed Bill Menchen to release his upcoming solo album. This Fall the master axe man behind some of the most classic and influential Christian Metal albums of all time including Final Axe, Titanic, Seventh Power and many more will be releasing his first ever solo album. It will be an all instrumental album entitled Blues Metal Trance 1.5 and it is set to feature tons of awesome guitar licks, melodies, ballads and rockers alike. As much as I have enjoyed Bill's work over the years and have supported him quite well, I just don't care for instrumental albums and will have to pass this time around.  If he would do a full on blues album or bring back Ken Redding for another Menchen album, I'd be all over that!

I understand, this one very much sounds like listening to a Joe Satriani album. So if your not in to that instrumental sound I understand.

BUT the bonus disc may be worth the price of admission for you then!

I'm still gonna pass.  I've got most of Bill's collected works over the years and I've rebought several that were remixed, remastered, repackaged, etc.  I think I will just stick with what I've got.

November 13, 2015 is the official release date for the new Bill Menchen solo album Blues Metal Trance 1.5 pre order copies are being signed by Bill now! This came back looking and sounding amazing!
