Looking for CDs on your want list...

I have had a want/wish list for CDs since around 1990 and not counting those that are not released yet, I am down to around 33. A few months or a year or so ago it was around 50 or 60. The other day I won a bid on Rock Power Praise Volume 1 Hymns for only around $13 Canadian on Ebay. That CD usually goes for around $30 or $40 US. The next CDs I'm planning on getting are:


Desyre  - Warning of the Night/Glamtrom
John Elefante - Corridors
Idle Cure - Idle Cure
Worldview  - The Chosen Few

How is your want list going? Are you able to find the CDs that you're looking for that may be hard to find?

Had some of these on cassette for some time, but have been slow in getting them replaced on cd. One of these days...

Recon: Behind Enemy Lines
Rez: Awaiting Your Reply/Rainbows End
Rez: Colours
Crimson Thorn: Unearthed
The Ordained Fate albums
Mortification: Break the Curse (Nuclear Blast version)
Joshua: Intense Defense

etc, etc. 

I had a list for the longest time, but I think I finally acquired all of the ones I was looking for.  One of the last was Empty Tomb's "Welcome to the Human Race" on CD.

The biggies for me were that Empty Tomb and Drop Dead's "Death by Fusion".

I don't know if Jerusalem's older studio albums are available on CD, but if they are, I'll have to get those at some point.

That's just a few of the Christian CDs I'm looking for. 

Now my mainstream wishlist.....that's a mile long....

My Christian list is like that.  The plus side is that I'm not too annoyed if I can't find something.  There will probably always be more music to buy than I will ever have the money to buy (or time to really enjoy) so I just buy what I can find relatively cheap.  I've got a complicated system for buying based on how much I like the band, how much the album costs, how likely I think it will be available if I wait a while, etc.

OF the approximately 30 items on my want list, there are 7 that I cannot find which is annoying.

NoOneIsHere, I cannot find on CD:

Rez Band Hostage and Bootleg on CD. They do exist and I have seen them on the internet. These are the first 2 Rez albums I heard and I have them only on cassette. I would settle of some one would send me the song files so I can burn them on CD and to have on my computer for now. GRRR Records had one or both of them on CD reissued a few years back and I missed out.


Idle Cure - Idle Cure. This is on Ebay for $49 but I am not paying that much.


Saint - Basement Tapes


Ken Tamplin - Weird Odds and Ends, Colors of Christmas and Where Love Is. I have everything else he released except for the album he did with Greg X - I may get that eventually.


Lovelife - Goodbye Lady Jane. Some of the guys from the band went on to form Fear Not and that CD is pretty good. I figured it would be nice to have the Lovelife CD too.

Yes, those are bootlegs.

You can get the first Idle Cure on cd for about $7 or $8 at Amazon. I got mine a couple years ago for about $10 or so.

I'd love to find this as well.  I HAD a copy that I bought from the old MP3.com site.  That was the only way to get this.  I loaned it to a buddy at the time and never got it back.  I probably never will, either.

Im still looking for Paramacium first album and Seventh Angel Torment cant find them anywhere. there was a couple of suggestions but both of those I tried and both failed. there was someone on here wanted to sell their paramacium disc but I cant remember who?

I got both holy soldier albums on disc recently and they are worht an arm and a leg. You can get them at a step price.
