Pray for Scott Stapp

Scott is going through a dark time. I love Creed and can relate to the music. Taking SSRI drugs have really messed with his mind. The side effects are terrible- vivid dreams, hallucinations, feelings of terror, suicidal thoughts, paranoia just to name a few. Sadly, no brothers in the christian community have reached out to him.

Is he in a local congregation ? If he was, i'm sure they would be.

Considering the side effects of the drugs, he's probably not involved in a local congregation.

I don't think that's important anyway.

What about the "local congregation" outside of his local congregation?

It matters, because how can other Christians be there to support or " reach out " to him if isn't around some ? People on the internet is a poor substitute for real, live Christian fellowship.

I was thinking of Christian artists who can reach out to him. The 99 sheep were in the pen, Jesus went out and looked for the one that was his and was missing.

It matters, because how can other Christians be there to support or " reach out " to him if isn't around some ? People on the internet is a poor substitute for real, live Christian fellowship.

Perhaps he knows other Christians outside of the church building. Perhaps he has family and friends who are Christians. One doesn't have to be involved in a "church group" in order to be around other Christians.

You can pray for him, if you feel inclined to do so....and if you think it's "real".

Has anything happened to him lately? I thought I read that he just got out of rehab.

This seems to be kind of a cycle with Scott. Just when you think he's getting his life together he falls right back into it.

Drugs suck!
