Most different songs from bands
What songs made you think, "is this even the right band?" The Flood by Sacred Warrior was definitely that for me... I wasn't expecting death growls in a song by a trad/hair band

If you heard everything Tourniquet did on the first three albums and then you heard “Twilight”, you would probably think it’s a different band.
And I’m not implying that it’s a bad song… it’s just totally un-Metal and more 70’s bluesy rock influenced.

That's true, it's not even a normal metal ballad, which wouldn't be that unusual.TZ75 wrote:If you heard everything Tourniquet did on the first three albums and then you heard “Twilight”, you would probably think it’s a different band.

On a side note, that song (unsurprisingly, as its Tourniquet) has great lyrics. Not a topic often touched upon.

The first six Bride albums sound nothing like Drop which sounds nothing like Jesus Experience/Oddities which sound nothing like Fist Full of Bees which sounds nothing like Bluegrass Gospel.

People always say that Metallica did a country song and point to Mama Said, but no-one ever talks about what Anthrax did.
This is a billion times more country than Mama Said:

Best song on Crawl to China, specifically because it sounds nothing like the rest of C2C

True, yet every song in this album is more listenable than anything in Stomp 442.
