You guys have some incredible stuff. Where I live now its hard to find vinyl period much less christian metal. I have stryper, Darrell Mansfield and 1 rez album on vinyl. I am moving to st. louis soon so I hope to start finding some good stuff again....GF...I am in awe of your collection and max headroom rules...nice avatar!

Thanks Savage !
80% of my scores are thru ebay, Amazon, GEMM, and MusicStack and various other sites. Very few scores come from local record stores and second hand stores. So your best bet for collecting is to set up websites so they notify you via email when something you're looking for gets posted.
For example, that Malachia has for months been between 25 and 35 bucks on most sites that sell used vinyls, a couple weeks ago someone posted one on Amazon for 9.99 !! I bought it immediately ! Was so stoked to see that it's in beautiful shape too.
So, you just have to be patient and vigilant, wait for your prey in the bushes and soon as it pops up, FIRE and own it.
I see lots of classic Scorpions vinyls at thrift stores and record shops around southern California all the time. In fact, this last summer I was at a record shop and saw Savage Amusement and thought of you - it was kind of funny. Funny how we associate certain people with bands or albums.
Whenever I see Queensryche cds or lps I think of Staybrite, etc...
Anyways, good luck on your hunt !

Re: Vinyl
Man, HOW did I miss this thread?!? There is some very cool stuff here in everyone's collection! Unfortunately, I do not have any Christian albums other than a George Beverly Shea Christmas album. I used to have quite a bit of the Pure Metal albums on vinyl as well as Stryper. Here are some of my recent finds on vinyl:
This one 180 gram reissue (as are the Hendrix and Beatles reissues).

I have the Scarlet Red vinyl too, one of my first in my collection. Don't really like the music nowadays, but love the cover art!

Re: Vinyl
Thanks. I now have 2 albums by The Way. One I scored at a thrift store for 39 cents. The one pictured I scored off ebay for 4 bucks.
Some great classic Eagles type jangly rock. Dig that old stuff.
