I bought Novella one. I hesitated as it was only an EP and I think it cost me $15 for 5 songs, but I liked what I heard on the previews so I grabbed it. It's a very good disc except for the last track Warszawa. That track is 6 minutes 26 seconds and pure instrumental...a very boring instrumental.  Seemed like a filler track.   I was disappointed for my $15 for 4 very good songs. I'll wait till Novella 2 hits the streaming services before I pony up again.

Didn't listen to the whole song, but there is a vocal starting at the 4 minute mark.

Over all not for me though.

I ordered it through the website, not Patreon, and JBII sent a download via email on 7 July...

I have the download. 

I’m one of the supporters that is promised to get the physical cd too. The last thing he said is that the problems were fixed and he was going to mail out the CDs no later than July 7. I’ve emailed him about it but haven’t heard back yet.

I really want to like this, but I just don’t. I like Jimmy’s vocals, but I don’t like all the experimentation, sound effects, etc.

Yeah, it’s not my thing, either.

Finally listening to the entire thing. Extremely ambient and experimental.

He asked me to wait til Larry can sign my copy. I agreed.

Finally got mine today!

I like it a lot better than the previous release. It’s more straightforward and rocks harder!

I just gave a first listen. I find it weirdly likeable. Very good heavy music in the first half. Jimmy uses his 'goth voice'. Lyrics are introspective dealing with anxiety. One more song and this would no longer be an EP. Looking forward to part 3 and 4.
