The Beach Boys

Every year as the weather gets nicer, I start really getting into a band or style that just fits the warmer weather.  This year, its The Beach Boys!!

So what are everyone else's thoughts?

Pet Sounds is a masterpiece. Gotta bust it out now that it's hot here.

Pet Sounds is brilliant, but its a little melancholy for me over all. I've been listening to the Sail On podcast - really well done - and have been getting into 20/20 and Sunflower.

I'm not really a Beach Boys fan but I do like to revisit "summer songs." 
My favorites range in styles, mostly pop, rock, and dance.
It seems to me that summer songs used to be a bigger thing years ago, but then again I don't pay much attention to the pop music world of today so I'm not sure about that.  But I no longer here the same songs being blasted each year from car stereos or apartments anymore like I used to.
