Hard to tell from snippets but a couple had a sort of Godsmack vibe.

Listening to it now. It’s good stuff, although I think the harsh vocals are misplaced.

They should change their name, they sound so different from the original. Interesting how they seem to be incorporating a sound that was popular about 15 years ago.

It’s good overall, a blend of classic and modern sounds. But man, what is up with God’s Country? It’s like hard rocking bro country. Like a Florida Georgia Line song if FGL had talent.
The first half of the album seems stronger.

"bro" music of any type is just horrible.

I think that "God's Country" song is pretty good.
It's got a more recent Lynyrd Skynyrd vibe to it.

Note to self: avoid recent Lynyrd Skynyrd albums…

The full album is out now. It's safe to say that if you liked the last E.P., you will probably like this.
It definitely leans toward a more "modern rock with a slight Southern flair" VS. classic 80's hard rock vibe.
But there are plenty of crunchy guitars and lots of melody.
In addition to the Blake Shelton cover, there is at least one other cover here - The Who's "Join Together."
Production and mixing is good, some good guitar work. The band sound like they enjoy what they are playing, which counts for a lot.
