Re: T-Shirt Sighting
Cool! Interesting historical find.
I remember being floored during the 80's when some more obscure (but good) movies would have metal songs during certain scenes - that was pretty unheard of and rare back then.
- Creepers had Iron Maiden & Motorhead,
- The Hidden had Shok Paris,
- I Come In Peace had XYZ and Shooting Star.
-Transformers (original) had Kick Axe, and Lion.
- Leatherface - TCM III had Wrath, Death Angel, Hurricane, Laaz Riockit
- And of course Heavy Metal had Riggs, Sammy Hagar, Black Sabbath, Blue Oyster Cult, and Trust.
In the 90's and later, movies would come out with almost 100% metal soundtracks (mostly nu-metal but not always) - everything from Gummo's black metal soundtrack to the Resident Evil and Underworld series, The Crow franchise, The Matrix franchise, Ghosts Of Mars, Spawn, Last Action Hero, and many others.

Supposedly Phil from Pantera is wearing a Crucified shirt toward the end of the video for Mouth For War. I think I seen it, but it’s hard to freeze the frame just right to see.
