Is Crystal Eyes a Christian band?

The Confessions Of The Maker album is pretty good with Daniel Heiman doing vocals

I saw an interview where he says he is working on a solo project:

Doesn't look like they claim any Christianity.

According to Mikael Dahl from the band:
"Religion and politics is nothing I'm interested in while listening to good music."

I thought Daniel Heiman claimed to be a Christian and would at least do what Rob Rock / Impellitteri does in having some good lyrics even if not claiming to be a Christian band.

On the other hand Rik Emmett with Triumph said they had nothing to do with Christianity but their song Fight the Good Fight kinda sounds like it has a Christian influence.  I always likes that song.
