Jachin

Jachin is a solo project by Rickard Gustafsson: the drummer of Pantokrator and Melech and while it's not what you might expect, it's still pretty dang good.  So far I'm only aware of one song available but he's recording more.  Jachin is described as being "For fans of Wovehand,Kent and various folk/pop/rock artists/bands."

I haven't listened to the lyrics too carefully yet but there do seem to be some Christian themes that I've picked up on.

Dang, this song is really catchy.  I've been listening to it a ton and I really dig it.  No other fans?

Although not what you'd expect, it's actually pretty good. Side note, I like how the roots to the tree on the album work resemble fire.

I'm curious what the lyrics are about.  The Fisher King is one of my absolute favorite movies of all time, but it gets its title from some very old story.  I wonder whether the song is about the movie or the story that the movie references.
