Sadness in remembrance

Just remembering the dead today. I found an old cassette tape of my grandfather's memorial service and am listening to it and digitizing it now. He died in 2002. My other grandparents and an aunt and uncle are gone as well.

My father died on this day in 2002 from heart disease and my mother died from cancer in 2010.

I'm also remembering the three little ones we've lost in the womb and look forward to meeting them someday.

I'm just looking for a little comfort today. I know our home is in the heavens and we are seated with Christ there, but it does not erase the sadness I feel today.

Please pray for me today as I deal with emotions.
