Are there any fans of this Ambient group from Canada?

Most of their albums feature soaring female vocals, very deep and interesting music. Usually Ambient, Electronic or Downtempo music. They kind of have a 'dark' sound, but they are not Gothic. The founder, Bill Leebs, is a bit of a pioneer in Electronic music. His main band is Frontline Assembly. This is his second main project.

Anyway ... I love this group!

Yes they are very good.  One of the groups in this genre that I really like alot.  Same genre, kind of, as Enigma

Exactly! Enigma is very similar to Delerium, but I think I actually like Delerium even better. Don't get me wrong, I'm a fan of Enigma too!

My favorite Delerium album is "Karma". How about you, lhversaw?

Karma is one of my favs.  Other bands in this genre I enjoy are Lesiem and Fauxliage which is simply Delerium with Leah Nash from Sixpence None The Richer

I'll have to check out Lesiem.

I'm familiar with Fauxliage. They only put one album out, right? I picked that one up a while back. I didn't like it near as much as Delerium or Enigma though.

yeah just the one album.  I also like a band called ERA.  I really dig that gregorian chant/dance/electronic mix of stuff.  There was a movie called Poison ivy 2 that had a lot of that type of music in it but I can't find a soundtrack so I don't know the names of those bands but Delerium, Fauxliage, Enigma, Lesiem and Era are my favorites.

Been listening to a LOT of Delerium lately. Just picked up another album from them ... "Semantic Spaces". It's almost just as good - or perhaps IS just as good as "Karma".

I used to own Karma many years ago but haven't listened to it in forever. Might pull it up on YouTube for a trip down remembrance boulevard.

"Karma" is an essential album to own IMO!

It's definitely one of my favorite CDs - up there with the best of my Metal CDs.
