Anyone ever see this show? i think its on BBC America but its also on Netflix... any fans of Mr Karl Pilkington????

I watched the first two season to absolute delight and horror. I laughed so hard, but Ricky Gervais really came off as a bullying tool to me. Made me really dislike him. I started the third season and lost interest in it. It just started becoming bully porn in my opinion.

I also loved his character in "Derek"

Im not a fan of Gervais either, but after seeing the first few episodes I was locked for me it was just how Karl precieved things and his opinions on things. For example he compared the great pyramids of Egypt to a game of Jenga that went out of control.

I saw a few episodes of Derek and I couldnt get into it.  I want to see The Moaning of Life it doesnt have Gervais or Steve Merchant its Karl exploring cultural beliefs/rituals/etc on life events such as Marriage, Death, etc... My wife calls him my Soul Brother because we both like to have a good moan lol

Karl is a hoot, and I liked his observations.

Derek made me laugh AND cry in a lot of the episodes.

Some of his observations are really funny in the sense that you can tell he has no clue lol. I really want to see the other show he has done the Moaning of Life. the 2nd season is about to start or just started
