Some bands I've discovered...

Anyone here ever hear of Ledfoot and Stonehigh? 

I just recently bought Ledfoot's self titled 1997 album. Been listening to it regularly.

 A few years ago I bought an album titled This Calling from a group called Stonehigh. I had previously never heard of this band. When I asked all my friends, including one with a massive Christian Rock collection, none of them had heard of them.

Ledfoot seemed to ring a bell, so I googled and found this: Ledfoot. (niceboard.com). Alldatndensum, you've been immortalized as a Ledfoot listener as of 2010!

As mentioned, I maybe heard Ledfoot on an HM Sampler back in the day. But I don't think I ever listened to a whole album.

Ledfoot were great.  I first heard them from the HM Sampler, and ended up buying the album.  I often get the album out and have a re-listen.

Just found out the lead singer died last year... 


Hey everyone. As some of you may have heard, our beloved Earl Davis passed away this past Tuesday. Our hearts, and many others, are so broken and he will be missed.

Due to covid restrictions we will not be holding service, but the family will be at Grace Community Church (formally known as Airport Assembly) on Saturday between 2-4pm if you would like to stop by and pay your respects.

He was an incredible man, and he touched so many. Thank you for all your prayers and well wishes.

It would be great if Roxx or someone reissued that Ledfoot album.  I've never even seen it for sale anywhere (and it could certainly use better cover art).

You can buy an expanded lossless digital copy at Qobuz. I'm not sure why the album is called Get Out on Qobuz. The used CD I bought was self titled. I'm also not sure if this version has been remastered. I think I'll buy it too just to acquire the 5 demo tracks that are included.

I feel like I have had that CD longer than that!
