Sia Cheap Thrills, Carly Rae-Call Me, Maybe...don't judge me. Sometimes it's been a long day and I just need a pick me up to get my happy on.

Re: Guilty Pleasure
Too many to mention, and I feel no guilt about any of them 'cause good music is good music
Sade, Seal, Dido, 60's Easy Listening, 70's Soul & Funk, 80's Pop, 90's Dance Pop, Lady Antebellum, etc.
That said, this post likely belongs in the Not Metal section....

I love me the fast picking in a lot of bluegrass. Don't hear a lot of electric guitars played this fast and clear

Dido! The No Angel album in particular (and almost exclusively, although White Flag had a couple of huge winners in with a lot of "meh" IMO) touched a part of me that I didn't know existed. I was pretty much metal only (almost still am), but Dido. . . .
(Yes, Not Metal section for sure, but. . .)

My first comment was in 2015. At this point, I think ABBA, Benny Andersson Orkester, and The Carpenters get WAY more spins than any metal. As of right now, METAL would be my guilty pleasure. I never thought I'd see that day.

311.
Been listening to them since '96 or so. One of the very few bands that incorporate hip-hop that I'll even think about listening to.
They kind of defy genres.
Alternative/Reggae/Rock/Metal/Rap/Power-Pop, etc, etc. LOL.
They're fairly progressive actually. Pretty good sense of melody too.
Anyway they're a "guilty pleasure" that I thought of.
I'll probably think of more later.

Very recent development:
Shane Smith & the Saints - I'm obsessed with them.
The Jackson 5 -
The Four Seasons -
Prince
The Cramberries
Alanis Morissette - I fancy beautiful big teeth mounted in nice long faces as well, so that certainly helps.
