My job

Can you guys pray for my job situation? I've asked for prayer about finding a new job but it hasn't happened and I can only think it's because God has me where He wants me.

However, I found out yesterday that my current supervisor is retiring at the end of February. There are 3 potential people who could take her place as my supervisor. One wants to shut my program down, one supervises the first and didn't want the program I run to start in the first place and the third is actually the supervisor I had for a long time before my old site closed and I transferred to where I am now.

Obviously, the first two would be bad news and I would probably be targeted and fired within 3 or 4 months. The third would be great.

The other option is, of course, a new job. But like I said, God hasn't moved me yet...

Man, that sounds like a rough situation. Keep strong though, dude. You probably already heard plenty of encouraging scripture already, but maybe it bears repeating.

But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.

God has His children taken care of. If you lose this job, then so what? God is bigger than that.

Cliche advice, I know but hang in there. I'm praying for you.
