Ottawa area? Empty Ottawa area?

Hello fellow Capital City Canucks… I'm looking for musicians to jam with. I live west of Ottawa, about an hour and a half down the (4)17. I'm mostly a bassist, but I can play drums if necessary. I'd be interested in doing either a classic/thrash metal thing, or a '70s prog band.
