yeah. I figure if you count After Forever, the ones on the album should count too. Wayward Son is also the only one of those I even know. They're different enough due to different voices and guitar styles that I counted them.

One of Stryper's best songs and one of the few tracks on Against the Law that's not skippable.

SUC(the song) is a  9/10 imo…better than their covers and quite a lot of their other songs…. And I very much like their recent albums. Alot.

Your #1 song (Marching Into Battle) was written in the 80’s but never released. I read that somewhere in an interview. I think it was one of their first songs written but I could be wrong. It might’ve been played at some early shows as well. Maybe somebody in this forum can shed some light on this?

Marching into Battle is actually one of my lesser favorites on NMHtP. Not bad, just not as compelling as some others to me. 

My favorite classic tune is All for One.

This album rocks, less glossy then what came before, they were angry and it showed.

AtL suffers from inconsistency. But what’s good is REALLY good.

Considering how much Stryper loves to hint at profanity (usually by using normally profane phrases in “appropriate” ways though), that doesn’t really surprise me

It's a good song, but for me a really high score requires at least one of these things
1. Very heavy
2. Violin riffs
3. Great melodies
4. Great lyrics

SUC has good melodies and decent lyrics, and isn't that heavy. I can see why you'd love it though.

Read the lyrics to "Martyrium"... good lyrics overall, but yeah, definitely would have changed a couple of things if I had written it.

I don’t think you’ll find any violins with Stryper (or most metal bands for that matter), but they do exist in some symphonic metal bands. I agree it’s not fair to judge Stryper for their lack of violins though
