Sabaton--Accurate History?
I'm not a historian. Is Sabaton's history fairly accurate or do they take large liberties like many movies?

AFAIK, they’re fairly accurate. I know they made a mistake on one song and so they correct it live.

If you look up their albums on Wikipedia, they’ll link you to articles about the people and events behind the songs.

I think songs like Shadows and Masters of the World are pretty historically accurate

I'd like to see Sabaton collaborate with Alestorm to do a song about Jean Lafitte and the Battle of New Orleans.
