Favorite:  Probably a tie between Bark At The Moon and No More Tears.  
I also like Blizzard Of Oz and The Ultimate Sin.

Least Favorite:  Could be anything after No More Tears because I haven't listened to anything after that except the new one.

Good song. I really like songs like Thunder Underground, Thank God for the Bomb and Mr. Tinker train. Kind of lesser known ones.

I have been listening to it, finally.  I'd say your comments are spot on. 

The big positive is that it's decently enjoyable all the way through.  I don't feel the need to hit the skip button.

The negative is that nothing really stands out.   Actually I like some of the ballads better than the rockers.

No More Tears was ok, Ozzmosis was really good, and Down To Earth was ok. After that it's really hit and miss with Ozzy.

Seriously though, No More Tears had a few good ones. I like the title track, Mr. Tinkertrain and Desire. The rest just didn't grab me as much as an Ozzy album usually did. 

Ozzmosis, however, was a huge improvement. Simultaneously heavier and more melodic than NMT.

I still haven't heard Ozzmosis.  It'll have to wait until the next time I'm in an Ozzy mood.

I liked No More Years though, and it had Zakk Wylde's best solos.
