7th Servant, Has anyone heard of them?

Has anyone heard of the band 7th Servant? They have 2 songs out so far:

These songs are of a power metal vibe. These has been pressed to CD. I think if you go to the facebook site the lead singer will send you one. John Greely is the lead singer. He sang for Iced Earth. He also sang on the Bloody Times album On a Mission. I'm not sure if that is a Christian album. I don't know too much about the singer.

Oh yeah they are killer. Not only are they Christian but they have that early Iced Earth vibe that I like but cant get behind Iced Earth further concept story lines. I saw and interview from their facebook page that he spilled the beans that the full length will be on Roxx. Now Im just waiting for the release.

I kow when they first came out he had the ambitious goal to put the book of Revelation to metal! Killer concept.

I got the 2-song CD from them a few years ago.  It's really good but really pricey.  My records show I paid $25 for two songs.  It did come personally autographed though.

Seventh Servant is a great band, I wish they would put out new material.  Their Facebook page states "Our job is to do the book of Revelation in a musical format." 

Musically, they remind me of the good old days of 80's metal like classic Saint, early Iced Earth, and any of the great bands from those early Metal Massacre compilations, like Tyrant, Surgical Steel, 3rd Stage Alert, or Obsession. The 1st song ("The Revelation Of Jesus Christ") is the heavier and better of the two songs, but both are well worth checking out.

Does anyone get a bit of an Accept vibe from Seventh Servant as well?

I like Ripper but LOVE Greely's vocals better.

I've been looking forward to this for quite some time too though I gotta disagree with you on the artwork!  It's just too cheesy for me...  Regardless, I'll definitely be picking this up upon release.

That artwork looks like something from a Yes album.

Pretty rough but there's some good stuff going on.

Since they are from TN, I would love to play a show with them sometime.

Greely sang on my (and many others') favorite Iced Earth album.

@TOB yeah me too, desperatly waiting for the announcement of pre order etc...... This is tied for the most anticipated releases (announced anyhow, your on the list too) for me, the other being True Strength
