Re: LOVEWAR - Candle
Really? I actually turned it off halfway thru when I tried to watch it on Roxx' page.
Of course, I wasn't that big of a fan of the first one, either.
I love how Roxx says they had a "very successful Kickstarter campaign". They raised 3,051 of a 3,000 goal. Successful...but they barely hit a goal that was low to begin with.
Oh well..this will be a hard pass from me.

I am digging this! I am glad that I was one of the Kickstarter supporters!
This song has both the Lovewar sound and some of their sound after they morphed into The Channelsurfers. I wish I had kept those CDs now.

Definitely Lovewar! While I don't love it after just one listen, I do like the groove.
Re: LOVEWAR - Candle
Now this is how you use modern production. Sounds like the same band, but updated and it doesn't lose their soul.
All comeback bands should use this as a template.

Saint, Bloodgood, Stryper, and now Lovewar have all shown us that they know what the fans truly want. So has John Elefante and John Schlitt. I wish both of those would do a new album. I really wish we could get Ken Tamplin interested in doing another!

Not sure if Schlitt's preparing a new full length, but he released a new song last month
