Listen, and discuss. Or just listen. Not christian, but you know the connection.

Re: Best new song of the year. Or maybe even the millenium?
I've loved this song since the original version was released in late 2000's. I still have that version on my computer. I'm shamed to admit I aquired the song back then in, uh, questionable manners.
I was desperate for new Gary Lenaire stuff and he had uploaded the songs of his new Talking Snakes project online and there was a site that sold the album, BUT I was only greeted by "not available in your country" (or something like that) when I tried to buy the album.
It was possible to listen to the songs on that website so I just pressed play and recorded them with an audio software. There was absolutely no other way to get all the songs back then. However, I'm basically glad I did as those Talking Snakes songs aren't available ANYWHERE today (except of course now many of them were remade/remixed for this solo album - the original version of Fell Sirens has some different parts though and is mixed differently so I find the original version to have plenty of curiosity value).
Talking about downloading songs in early 2000's - I also have some "demo" versions of Gary's Cripple Need Cane songs he used to have available on his website before he re-recorded them for his CNC album.
It's great to see Gary still releases stuff.
Ten years ago I was desperate to get new Gary stuff so I watched his Roland and Boss demo videos over and over again
Here's one from 2007:
By the way, I think the riff around 0:15-0:23 might've been what evolved into the riff in Fell Sirens to the Sea.

Oh, by the way, Anna Sentina uploaded a video of her playing the bass parts in Stop the Bleeding:
I hope the whole Gary's solo album gets much more audience with the help of this video. While Gary's original Youtube upload of the song has nearly 5000 views now, this video by Anna Sentina has nearly 35,000 views! I'm sure Gary must've had more exposure from this and hopefully more people who bought the album too.
