Can someone make a metal overdub of this children's video?

I think it would be amazing if someone could make a metal version of this. Use the video, just dub over the sound and sync up the vocals. If someone could do a whole YouTube series, it's be even more amazing.

It would take a lot of work to metalize those songs and synch them to the videos.  You'd really have to use the original music to build your tracks around this for it to sync exactly.  But, it could easily be done.

What you might run into, however, is copyright problems.  Cedarmont Kids still make videos to this day, and they may not like having their videos used by other YouTubers.  Making the metal songs would not be hard, but using these videos might land you in some legal hot waters unless you got permission first.
