Unreleased second Control Denied album ?

Does anyone know what the status of When Man and Machine Collide is ? I know a few years ago Chucks sister was dealing with some legal issues with another record label and probate stuff. But in 2007 she said CDs second album would still be released in the near future. Its been quite a few years later, so I was wondering if anyone here knew what was up with the album. Will it see the light of day ?

Eric Grief, legal representative for all things Chuck related stated in April this year that the album will not be finished and released.  There was a break in at Morrisound Studios 5 years ago where they lost a BUNCH of their equipment that was apparently integral to "how Chuck would have wanted things" and after several years, the consensus between Grief and Jim Morris is that they are not going to be able to get things to be the way Chuck wanted the project to be.
