Skyfall was good stuff. Now, I may be in the minority here, but I believe everything prior to Daniel Craig is subpar. I don't know, a few Pierce ones were good.

Goldeneye. No question whatsoever. One of the quintessential Bond movies.
Next to that would be The Living Daylights, followed by Skyfall.
