My older brother got a Commodore 64 for Christmas one year and we played alot of games on that too.

I'm a gamer but havent played much since the baby. I used to play Battlefield 3 and Dark Souls alot. But I dont play any multiplayer games anymore since you cant pause them to tend to a baby. However in the little spare time I have I've been trying to play Borderlands (1st one) lately.

I lost interest in gaming a few years ago.  Used to love playing video games but now I'm like, meh.  Which is weird.

I was a CS junkie.
I have no time for much of anything like that now days. Once in a while I'll play some of the Portal 2 community maps for 20 minutes or so or CS:CZ with the bots and pretend I'm in the glory days.

My last console was Xbox, my first Atari 2600.

My favorite game is CS, that is with a server with mature players playing it as it was mean to be played. I haven't seen that in over 10 years.

I have Nintendo 3DS.

Fave game of all time is a toss-up between Tales Of The Abyss (which is what I'm currently playing) and Fire Emblem: Awakening.

Also, really into the Etrian Odyssey series.

I have been playing modern online games.

I never played that game...But I did used to play another Marvel Super Hero game.

I recently got Sunset Overdrive. Freaking love it and I'm not much for games. So freaking funny.

Indeed. I think the guys who made Dark Souls took joy out of griefing players. They love to place enemies around corners so that right as you round a corner (while walking along a cliff), some guy will come out and kick you off the ledge to your death.

I stopped playing dark souls because it was too hard to play while taking care of a baby since you cant pause it :/

Borderlands has been fun so far though, playing through the first, then the second eventually.

My favorite console is the pc....

I've played thousands of games over the years and it's made me a better person because of it... well, who knows.  It started with pong back in the seventies then my dad bought us Atari 2600 and the Odyssey 2.

I also used to be big into the Commodore 64: a very underrated gaming system with outstanding sound.  The Ultima series captured most my attention back then and I never even got close to finishing them until I played them retroactively over 10 years after their release.  The solutions were on-line and they were still the hardest games ever...

Right now, I'm into a buncha stuff like real-time strategy aka Majesty and turned-based strategy like King's Bounty.  Tower defense stuff is fun too like Pixeljunk: Monsters.  Plants vs. Zombies as well.



I also play alot of Hidden Object quest games to chill out with.

Hmm, right off the top of my head:

Ultima IV would have to be #1 as I've spent half my high school days playing it.

I don't like to list MMO's, but I did sink a lot of time and effort into WoW and getting my Field Marshal title on my warrior in vanilla WoW.

Did anyone ever play Star Wars Galaxies?

I have a PS4, 3DS, and an old Nintendo. I've been playing a lot of Fallout 4 lately. I got it for Christmas and I'm only now getting to the end of the main quest line. I really enjoy it though - just as much as I enjoyed Fallout 3 a few years ago. I really liked Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain too. Played the heck out of that one.

I'm also big on the classics from Nintendo - so Zelda, Mega Man, Mario, Contra, etc. I think the original Legend of Zelda is one of my favorite games of all time. Oh! Also, Final Fantasy.

For me, C-64. I also had a Sega Genesis. Lost interest after that but I still like to play "Sega Classics" on Play Station. Usually my daughters will get stuck on a certain level on Sonic and need me to help out but other than that I do not play. Some games I would rather watch than play... Like the Walking Dead game(s). Those are stories and sometimes the story is better than the TV show when they have a complete walk thru with no commentary. Each one is about 2 hours long and there are 3 seasons. When it first came out I would download them to my ipod and watch them at work on the midnight shift when there was downtime. Helped pass the time and it wasn't like a game at all, more like an animated movie.

I play PS3 games - FIFA14 (Been wanting to get FIFA16 but it is too much for my pocket now) I also play MLB14 and I play Mortal Kombat too

for my Xbox360 I play Baseball, Boxing, Wrestling and Tomb Raider

I don't play video games anymore. I think it's because I just ran out of time for it. Being a stay at home father - plus working from home - just really means no time for stuff like video games anymore.

Now I do play a relaxing game of poker online (play money) each day. It's a way to relax for me ... and listen to some great music!

But the days of just sitting down and playing video games are a thing of the past for me. You guys are so lucky who still have that kind of time.



As my kids grow up - I find that I want to spend as much time with them as possible.
