Natural GH boosters
I'm not actually using any GH boosters right now, but I am trying to find some information on whether or not it would be worth trying. I would never use the synthetic stuff, but I know there are lots of safe herbal supplements around, I'm just wondering if it would be of any benefit to me at my age?
If it is, can you recommend any GH supplements?

No. I'm not antisupplement, but natural test and GH boosters are bunk. Some prohormones work but they are dangerous and can wreck your liver. Eat healthy, train hard. Creatine may be of benefit. Supplements are not regulated by the FDA in the same way as drugs are but rather more like foods, meaning that companies can claim pretty much anything about their product as long as they put in the fine print that their product is not meant to treat, cure or prevent any disease. That great tasting protein powder probably does have 20 gms in it but it could also be repackaged Nesquick chocolate milk powder. I'm just saying that to state how loosely the FDA is involved with supplement. And sometimes the FDA finds products in supplements that are downright dangerous. They yanked Jack3D for having properties far too close to ephedra which is a banned product. They had a huge prohormone bust on products that were essentially anabolic steroids a few years back, essentially elemenating entire lines of products for companies like Competitive Edge Labs. And also toxic heavy metals have been found in some protein powders, muscle milk to name one. Some supplements are fine, but once you start looking for test and GH boosters and similar products, you're just going to start burning a hole in your wallet, not to mention any unwanted health effects because many of these products are not thoroughly tested for long enough to ensure safety.

There are really nice and most informative post. Have you ever used green tea for this purpose. A friend of mine told me about that and according to him, green tea is most effective. It's boost your metabolism and burn extra body fat. It's also help you to make your muscles strong.

Yeah, I used Jack3d and Musclemilk a lot. Now I've been having liver issues, so I stopped using those products (had Musclemilk everyday at least). I'm trying to do cleanses and take natural liver friendly supplements like MSM and milk thistle to repair it. It takes awhile, but I have seen some major gradual improvement.
