Lament for the Weary, CD or vinyl?

So, it was overwhelmingly a yes to me getting LftW. Now I want to know if you guys think I should go for a CD version or vinyl? Both are available on Amazon for a pretty good price: around $12 for CD, $25 for a cool blue vinyl. I know I'm probably going to get the vinyl either way, because I love vinyl's and could use some more Christian metal ones (I only have two right now).

CD. Since it’s not on Spotify, you need a practical way to listen to it.

You can listen to CD’s in the car, that automatically puts them over vinyl in my book. In fact vinyl’s recent comeback is quite surprising to me, especially given that physical media for music as a whole is becoming more obsolete

I don't really care about listening in the car. Most cars don't have CD players anymore. I don't know why I like vinyl so much. My family got me a few for Christmas a couple years ago and I got hooked.

All the more reason to keep my 2000 Toyota pickup for as long as possible

Yep. I have an 03 Tacoma and 2011 Challenger I plan on keeping forever.

Miles will keep racking up. My dad finally said bye to his Toyota Yaris earlier this year and got a brand new Mazda 3.

Mine is already at almost 200k but still running great, with regular maintenance I intend to get a lot more miles out of it

I split the miles. Challenger at 80k and Tacoma at 155k. Tacoma had a burnt valve rebuilt, but otherwise is very solid. Challenger looks and drives like it's two years old.

Regular maintenance is key.

CD.  

I don't understand the vinyl obsession either.  Pops and scratches will happen.  I second Pethead on the ripability aspect too.

Yup, I voted for CD too. The main advantage of vinyl though would be the beautiful artwork!

I have Lament and The Torment remasters and just dont listen to them if you want/need both.

If you like it enough on CD, get the vinyl too!

It’s one of those albums that you should have more than one copy.
