Favorite group of genres?

I like some crossover / hybrid stuff. I love me some Rage Against The Machine (1st album), I dig early Biohazard and I am a proud owner of Limp Bizkit‘s first album on vinyl. There is also some good early Industrial type stuff à la NIN or Neurosis. Mortal were dope, both Lusis and Fathom are classics. I can even vibe with a few EBM tunes if they did not have such blasphemic themes for the most part. I like The Prodigy and trip hop (DJ Shadow) too, and will listen to a few Euro Dance classics for nostalgic reasons with my wife, get all silly and dance in the living room. I like bands from all genres, but as for what I listen to most, it's probably thrash, grunge, alt.metal, sludge/stoner, crossover, and classic rock.

Yeah, prog should be there now that I think about it. I saw people saying symphonic up there, I don't think that it is a genre by itself. I don't like symphonic at all unless referring to the first 2 Yngwie albums, which are masterpieces.
