Re: Band names that dont seem to "fit"?
It is a fitting name for a Christian metal band, but Messiah Prophet is kind of a clunky name. I get the feeling they wanted to call themselves Messiah or Prophet, but found out there were already bands named that.

A lot of those don’t seem that weird to me, some are more odd, some are just cringe, and then there’s Hot Pink Turtle

Slaughter.
I know the band was named after the vocalist (Mark Slaughter). But the name suggests something a lot more heavy or brutal!

Christian Death sounds like they'd be, at the softest, brutal thrash. But they aren't even metal.

The thrash band “Dew Scented”.
Does this sound like a frolic through a meadow (like their name suggests)?
