Probably. Demonic is probably the heaviest vocally, but the music has a lot of groove in it.

Yeah, that's what I've noticed from what I've heard, the vocals are very death-esque but it's slower than their other albums.

I've avoided the Demonic album because of the name. Is it ok to listen to?

That’s up to your conscience, but from what I recall lyrically it’s not any worse than a lot of their stuff. It’s probably my least favorite Testament album musically, though.
