Is anyone here a guitar luthier or repairer? We've been talking about carrers/college and what you want to do when you graduate in my Principles of Human Services class at school and the second most interesting thing to me is building/repairing guitars. Obviously, number 1 is being a professional musician, but that takes some time to be able to make a good living off of it.

My oldest friend (from junior high) has a younger brother who has done guitar repair/set up work on at least a dozen different guitars, but he's a self-trained amateur.  His full-time paid gig is bartender but he also sings and plays guitar in an old-school punk band.

Nurse since 2005, and for the last four years worked in the field of child protection.
