Has anyone heard of this guy? He started off as a country-influenced rapper, but his recent stuff is much more soulful, closer to traditional country or southern rock. Good lyrics too

I have heard a bit of him on the radio, but really can’t stand his voice. It’s basically the epitome of the stereotype of country musicians putting on a ridiculously exaggerated fake southern accent.

I hate country period. Southern influenced is ok, but anything past that is bad imo. I do love Stevie T's video on How To Be Country though.

I like some older country (Johnny Cash, Charlie Daniels, Kenny Rogers, etc) but most modern country is pretty insufferable

I agree!
I especially like Charlie Daniels. I would add Eddie Rabbit… he’s in the same style as Kenny Rogers.

I don't know what was a bigger embarrassment recently, him covering an Ozzy song or him being invited to perform at the R & R Hall of Fame

He’s somehow invited to every award show.
I’m thinking he’s one of the recent Illuminati endorsed puppets.
His rise to fame was too fast and he’s not that talented.
