I've been watching some of the videos of Summer Breeze 2024, Wacken 2024 and Hellfest 2024 on Youtube. The one that I'm enjoying the most is Riot V. I love the live vocal harmonies, and the double guitar leads. I'm partial to the power metal as well. I'll have to listen to some of their studio albums. Can anyone recommend some of their best albums? I looked online and they've been around for, like, 30 or 40 years.

I'm really enjoying it. I'd probably label it folk hard rock. Nothing virtuoso, but uplifting and enjoyable with the folk instruments. I can't understand the german lyrics, so I don't know what they are singing about.

Also, I was at a small death metal concert in my small town on Saturday night. This was one of the headliner bands from Edmonton, AB, Canada. They're really good!
