I received approval from Kerrick to create a thread here to show off our collections since no one visits the "Collector's Corner." This thread is for sharing any CDs, cassettes, vinyl, shirts, patches, etc. that you own whether you bought them recently or have owned them for decades.

Here's my copy of Mortification - Post Momentary Affliction (original 1993 Nuclear Blast) white vinyl.

That's amazing.  I always loved that cover artwork.  I'll bet it looks incredible in hand.

Interesting topic.  I don't know what I have that's rare or expensive.  I'm a collector but I collect to listen to, not to display or just have.  I'm not interested in selling so I don't price anything out.  I probably have a lot of rare stuff but nothing is mint because it all gets listened to periodically.

probably my favorite rarity music-wise (also have a lot of drag racing sound FX etc that I really love)
and my most expensive LP at $110

Saint- Warrior Of The Son (Rotton Records)

probably the rarest rarity I have and easily the most jaw-dropping when I found it at Goodwill for $3

You could also check values on Discogs. It obviously can only account for items sold there, but you can often get a pretty good idea.

That's a nice Saint vinyl crucifyd. I don't think I really even noticed there was another version. I have the original Morada Records version.Christian Metal Collectors Thread Saint_10

Yeah I have that one as well...the Rotton version was released first.

I'm not positive but it's in my head that "Rotton Records" was Saint's label.
More specifically Richard Lynch's label in the same way that Armor Records is...

As far as I know WOS is the only release on Rotton.

That appears to be correct. Would be interesting to ask Richard Lynch if no one can dig anything up on the interwebs. Logical conclusion is it was their label though.

My collection unfortunately dwindled away over the years and only recently did I discover a few lost items at my brother's house. Amongst them, four cassettes that show my ecclectic taste. CD's were already around at that time but cassettes were a bit cheaper so they were fair game. Plus you could listen to them in the walkman, which was a plus. Now if I only knew where that Human Sacrifice and Destruction Comes cassettes are, or that Seventh Angel demo...

Epic Ian Arkley collection you've got there SGF!  I don't have any tapes or vinyl, but I've got every MSW CD release (with the exception of their first demo, but those songs are bonus tracks on Shadow Of Sorrow).  Excellent band.  Have you heard their newest album?  It's something pretty amazing.

I have a Dale Thompson collection.  I'm not sure how rare anything is, but

Thanks for the comment.  I do not have the latest MSW album.  I guess I thought they were defunct.  I didn't even realize they had new material.  I tried to get into them since I loved Seventh Angel so much, but it just wasn't the same.  Heck, even the newest Seventh Angel didn't sound like Seventh Angel to me.

I don't have any pics yet (but may be able to post them later), but I did manage to collect all 15 Momentum Scandinavia releases (yes, including Antestor's The Defeat of Satan, which I was able to purchase from DC Mills of Vials of Wrath, which was epic). I also have every official Vaakevandring release (all three of them, lol). Some one-off rarities that I have include:

Arch of Thorns - Sword of the Spirit
Armageddon Holocaust - Into Total Destruction (CD)
Bleedience - Bleedience
Erasmus - Sanguinus Nocturnus
Geistkrieg - Demo 2006
Morgenroede - Nemesis
Poems of Shadows - Obscure Forest, Destructive Illusion
Shadows of Paragon - Shadows of Paragon
Slechtvalk - Falconry
Sorrowstorm - Trabajos
Vaande - Naade
VIXIVI - Sweet Kiss and Faraway Dreams

Can't figure out how to add a photo! Hahaha, but newer to Christian metal. In the past had heard a bit of Mortification mainly, but that was my Death metal days. Now and for the past 30years, has been the absolute extreme, raw Black metal! Just recently around 6-8 months have been a huge fan of Elgibbor, and managed to complete the full discograpy, minus the demo, Like a Lamb to the Slaughter, but doesn't appear to be many copies floating around of it.. A few weeks ago, a new found Christian friend sent me a box.. Inside was a black wooden, spiked box! It is box set of Katumus "At the Ruins of This World" cd/cassette with all sorts of things inside. Key ring, posters, sleeve patch, etc. the lid has 3candleholders with which to use to Worship by candlelight, while playing the cd. Is a very nice gift, limited to 18, which sold out right after being released in 2014. I really hadn't heard anything quite as extreme, raw, from the Unblack scene as this is! Have made up my mind to listen to the album, ONLY when doing serious Worship! This will also give me an excuse to do serious Worship! Hahaha. Along the way of collecting had come across many good albums! Brazil's Devotam is really something! WOW! Satan had better be terrified! This is serious Black Metal WAR! Also recently found a copy of Armath Sargon, Veripolku, lmtd to 50, for 4$!! Brand new in shrinkwrap still! God definitely found THE way to draw me in! Smile

Thank you! The guy who gave it to me, designed the box set. It came out in 2014 and had 18 of them, which sold out in a couple days. This one is number 18. I've got a few box sets but none which wooden, or anywhere as close to being so unique. 😊 I'd checked for it on discogs, but there was never one sold there, but in 2014 they were 100$ each.
